What you earn
Hourly pay by market tier. Overtime past 8 hours in a visit is paid at 1.5x. Food and drink demos need a food handler card, which you upload during onboarding.

You are an employee of Air Fresh Marketing: payroll taxes withheld, workers' comp coverage, overtime rules followed.
If a brand cancels inside 72 hours, you get paid part or all of the 4-hour minimum you held the date for.
Earnings go through Air Fresh payroll. We never charge you to access your own money.
Every visit pays at least 4 hours, even if the store is slow.
How it works
Tell us your market and whether you want food and drink demos, beauty demos or both. If you already work with Air Fresh, we link your profile and you skip the line.
Background check, ID verification and W-2 payroll setup run through Air Fresh Marketing. For food and drink demos, upload your food handler card and ops verifies it.
Open demos are already approved by the store. Claim ones near you or accept offers. Mark the days you are unavailable and you will not be offered work on them.
Check in at the store, set up, send photo proof, enter units sold and check out. Your hours land in your earnings ledger right away.
About GPS check-in
When you check in or out, your phone shares its location once so the brand knows you are at the store. That is it. We do not track you between check-in and check-out, or at any other time. You can say no: you will check in manually and ops confirms you are there.
Fair rules
Drop a demo with 24+ hours notice and nothing happens. Late drops and no-shows lower your reliability score, which affects how often you are offered work. A real person reviews every deactivation.
