Retailers

Every retailer has its own demo rules.

Rules change by chain, by region and sometimes by store. We do not claim a partnership with any retailer. We ask each store to approve each demo and track the answer, so you always know what is cleared.

Grocery chains

Regional and national supermarkets. Most demos are approved at the store or by a regional merchandiser.

Approval: Store manager or regional contact approves. Some chains route demo requests through a corporate vendor program.

Warehouse clubs

High-traffic club stores with structured demo programs.

Approval: Typically run through the club's demo program or an approved demo vendor, with booking windows set by the club.

Natural and specialty grocers

Natural-foods stores that value local and emerging brands.

Approval: Often the store team lead or a local buyer approves emerging-brand demos.

Big-box and mass retail

Mass merchants with food, beauty and household aisles.

Approval: Store-level or corporate approval depending on category. Some mass retailers restrict outside demo staff.

Beauty retail

Beauty specialty stores and drugstore beauty aisles.

Approval: Store manager or beauty lead approves vendor-led demos, and tester rules apply.

Honest note

Some retailers only allow demos through their own program or approved vendors, and some do not allow outside demo staff. These pages describe how channels generally work, not any one chain's current policy. Before a first demo we confirm the retailer's rules for that store, and a store that says no is never billed.
