Hours past 8 in one visit bill at 1.5x, and staff are paid 1.5x.
First demo within 72 hours: +20%. Within 7 days: +10%. Most retailers need 7 to 14 days to approve a demo, so a short-notice start is best effort.
12+ visits: -4%. 40+ visits: -7%. Counted across all stores and dates in one program. Applied before rush and managed.
+10% for a dedicated producer, backup staff on call and a written market recap.
Optional, $18 per visit: table cover, gloves, sanitizer, cups, napkins and trash bags. Your product and signage ship in the kit. No booking fee, ever.

Cancellation policy
- 72+ hours before a visit: free.
- 24 to 72 hours: 50% of the 4-hour minimum for each confirmed visit.
- Under 24 hours: 100% of the 4-hour minimum for each confirmed visit.
Visits no demo staff member has confirmed are always free to cancel. Staff who held the date get paid their share. That is how we keep the best people saying yes.
You pay for what happened
Your booking total is an estimate. The final invoice is built from real check-in and check-out times, with the minimum and overtime applied per visit. No-shows and stores that decline are never billed. Rush, volume and managed percentages carry over from your booking.
